Your platform for learning and development
Short lessons that fit into the working day.
Give your employees the knowledge they need for their roles. With microtraining, you provide relevant training they can access on a phone or in a browser. Questions and revision help reinforce what they have learnt. You can keep track of their progress.
New colleagues need to know who they can turn to and what to expect. Before they arrive, get their workspace ready, choose someone to support them and plan their first day. This contact also helps answer questions promptly as they come up in day-to-day work.
Short lessons connect knowledge with situations from the working day.
How microtraining works
Choose the topics your employees need for their roles. Each lesson focuses on a clearly defined topic and takes a few minutes.
Questions encourage learners to think about the content. Feedback explains the answers, and learners revisit what they have learnt.
Track learning progress and identify early on exactly where further support is needed.
For learning and development
Assign the right courses to new employees, specific teams or individual locations. App and browser access also lets you reach employees without a desk of their own.
Helping new colleagues settle in
There is a lot to take in when you start a job. Who does what? How do the main tasks work? Short courses complement personal support and give new colleagues a way to go back over anything they need to revisit.

The platform
You decide what to teach and who needs it. Your employees work through their courses on a phone, tablet or computer. Administration and reporting stay in one place.
Put together learning cards and questions, then add images, audio, videos or documents. If you need a hand preparing the content, we can help.
Not every course is relevant to everyone. Use groups to decide which teams or locations receive each course.
It is easy to forget something you've only heard or read once. Repetition and reminders encourage employees to return to the material.
Check which courses have been worked through and how learners are doing. This helps you spot outstanding training and areas where more support is needed.
Share updates through news posts and push notifications. A ticket system is also available for questions and requests.
The learning platform and apps can be adapted to your company's visual identity, so your employees access training under your own brand.
Knowledge chatbot · already in use
Sometimes you don't need a course, just an answer to a specific question. The chatbot uses the documents you provide for your project, such as guides, handbooks or internal policies.
Get their workspace ready, choose someone to support them and agree a plan for the first day. The onboarding guide sets out each step.
